What Do You Give a Woman When What She Really Needs Is Care?

Introducing the Bloom & Blaze Restoration Ritual

The story of the Restoration Ritual Box actually began before I knew I was creating it.

Last year, during my cancer treatment, there were a dozen or more women who showed up for me.

They cared for me in ways both large and small during a season when I needed to be cared for. And when I came through treatment, I wanted to thank them in a way that felt more meaningful than simply buying them a gift.

So I created something.

I put together nine Bloom & Blaze Wellness Boxes, filled with things I hoped would encourage these women to pause and care for themselves, too.

Those boxes were never intended to become a product. They were an offering of gratitude.

A way of saying:

You poured into me. Let me pour a little something back into you.

I didn't know it then, but those nine boxes planted a seed.

From Wellness to Restoration

Months later, my best friend reached out because someone she loves was preparing for a hysterectomy.

She wanted to send her something meaningful.

Not flowers.

Not another generic gift basket filled with lovely things that didn't necessarily speak to what this woman was actually moving through.

She wanted something that said:

I see you.

I know your body has been through something.

I want you to feel cared for while you heal.

And this time, I found myself returning to the idea that had begun with those twelve women.

But the intention was different.

The first boxes were created to thank women who had cared for me.

This one needed to help a woman receive care herself.

And that distinction changed what I began creating.

I thought about what I would want a woman I loved to have beside her during recovery. Something warm to drink. Something soothing for her body. Words to return to when she needed encouragement. Something beautiful to remind her that healing isn't only clinical—that there can also be tenderness, pleasure, beauty, stillness, and care.

I started with the Bloom & Blaze Affirmation Deck.

The deck was created as a companion for women moving through the physical, emotional, spiritual, and identity shifts of midlife. It was always intended to be more than something beautiful to read. The cards invite us to pause, listen to the body, reflect, and return to ourselves.

But this time, I wanted to create an entire experience around that pause.

I added tea.

A foot soak.

An herbal face oil.

A weighted aromatherapy eye pillow.

And a simple ritual that brought all of them together.

And somewhere in the process, I understood what had been taking shape since I made those first nine boxes:

I wasn't creating another wellness box.

I was creating a ritual of restoration. There are seasons when you need more than encouragement.

You need to stop.

To steep the tea.
Soak your feet.
Close your eyes.
Breathe.
Listen to your body.
Remember yourself.

The Bloom & Blaze Restoration Ritual Box was created for those seasons.

Thoughtfully curated for women navigating midlife and life’s many transitions, this ritual brings together sensory care, herbal tradition, reflection, and beauty to create something we often struggle to give ourselves:

a sacred pause.

Whether she is moving through menopause, recovering from a difficult season, feeling depleted from caring for everyone else, or simply longing to reconnect with herself, the Restoration Ritual offers an invitation to come home to her body, her wisdom, and her own rhythm.

This isn't about fixing yourself.

It's about tending to yourself.

Inside Your Restoration Ritual

Bloom & Blaze Affirmation Deck
The centerpiece of the ritual. This 44-card deck offers soul-nourishing reflections created specifically for the journey through perimenopause, menopause, and midlife. Each card speaks to an experience of the body, mind, identity, or spirit and includes an Herbal Ally inspired by traditional plant wisdom.

Pull one when you need grounding, reassurance, perspective—or simply a reminder that you are not walking this season alone.

Settle & Soothe Herbal Tea Blend
A calming loose-leaf herbal blend created for moments when the body is asking you to soften. Brew a cup, hold the warmth between your hands, and allow the simple act of drinking tea to become part of your return.

Stainless-Steel Tea Infuser
A reusable loose-leaf infuser to make preparing your Settle & Soothe tea simple and beautiful—because ritual should feel accessible enough to become part of everyday life.

Sacred Bloom Foot Soak
A grounding herbal soak for tired feet and tender souls. Add it to warm water and allow the ritual to begin from the ground up: warmth, stillness, release.

Ancestral Bloom Face Oil
A botanical face oil infused with herbs for radiant skin. Warm a few drops between your palms, breathe in, and gently press the oil into your skin as an act of loving attention—not correction.

Weighted Aromatherapy Eye Pillow
A soft, weighted invitation to close your eyes and withdraw from the noise for a moment. Rest it across your eyes while breathing, meditating, listening to music, or simply doing absolutely nothing.

Your Ritual and the Spirit of Restoration

There is no perfect way to use this box.

Your body gets to decide what restoration looks like today.

You might begin by preparing your tea and pulling a card from the deck. On a difficult day, perhaps the ritual is simply ten quiet minutes beneath the eye pillow. On another evening, it may become a long foot soak followed by gently massaging Ancestral Bloom Face Oil into your skin.

Or perhaps you make an evening of it:

Steep. Soak. Breathe. Anoint. Listen. Rest.

The deck itself carries this same philosophy of ritual. One affirmation reminds us:

“My rituals do not have to be elaborate — only honest.”

It continues by naming the ordinary acts of lighting a candle and stirring tea as ways of returning to oneself.

That is the spirit of the Restoration Ritual.

Small acts made sacred through intention.

Made for the Woman Who...

This box is especially meaningful for a woman who has been carrying too much for too long; is navigating perimenopause, menopause, or another major life transition; is recovering from a demanding physical or emotional season; needs permission to rest without earning it first; or is rediscovering who she is beneath all the roles she holds.

It is equally beautiful as a gift of care—for a birthday, recovery, transition, difficult season, or simply “I see you, and I want you to take care of yourself.”

More Than a Wellness Box

The Restoration Ritual isn't about adding another task to your self-care list.

It is about creating the conditions for something deeper:

presence.

A warm cup in your hands.
Herbs steeping in water.
Feet sinking into warmth.
Oil pressed slowly into skin.
A card pulled at exactly the moment you needed its words.
Eyes closed.
Shoulders dropping.
Breath returning.

Again and again, the ritual asks one question:

What would it feel like to tend to yourself as lovingly as you tend to everyone else?

You don't have to answer immediately.

Pour the tea.

Pull a card.

And sit with yourself for a while.

The Restoration Ritual Box is now available.

Created for the woman who needs care—and for the woman who wants to send care to someone she loves.
